These Terms apply to your use of the VALETHI platform, and any related products or services offered by VALETHI.

VALETHI may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing you with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be settled, and any data you uploaded to the platform may be deleted, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VALETHI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or any other damages, even if VALETHI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VALETHI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nagpur, in accordance with the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA).
